Clinivision · for mental health professionals
Clinivision is a cross-disciplinary community where mental health professionals consult across lanes, refer to people they trust, and get reminded — out loud, by peers — why they chose this work.
The first 50 Visionaries join free and help shape the community from the ground up.
The moment this was built for
I had to wait for someone else to confirm what I already knew.
A clinical concern, raised and dismissed. A colleague who quietly confirmed it hours later. The assessment was right the whole time — but the doubt had already done its work.
The system rarely takes the vision outright. It just makes you question it, one dismissal at a time.
The name
Clinivision was named for what this work asks you to hold at once — the clinician you trained to be, and the reason you trained at all.
Clini — noun
For the clinicians we are. The training, the instinct, the assessment nobody else in the room has the information to make.
Vision — noun
For the one we came in with, and refuse to lose. The picture of the difference you were going to make before the caseload got loud.
Inside the community
Everything here was built around one question: what does a mental health professional need to sustain this work — not just get through the week?
A private space to bring the case you're stuck on. The most useful perspective often comes from outside your own lane.
The Advocacy Guide, The Visionary Guide, and The Boundaries Guide — scripts, checklists, and reflection built for this profession specifically.
Regular live gatherings for connection and open discussion, plus speakers brought in by and for Visionaries.
Send clients to people who share your values — across therapy, medication management, care coordination, and whole-person support.
Search Visionaries by discipline and specialty to find collaborators, consultants, and colleagues who work the way you do.
Professionally moderated, so your voice is protected and your dignity as a professional isn't up for debate.
Who belongs here
Clinivision is deliberately cross-disciplinary. Not competitors — colleagues.
